Double vice champion of Czech republic in aerobics
Hana Kynychová was born in Kroměříž.
She studied pedagogy and worked as a childminder in The House of Youth in Kroměříž. Later on she studied the school of aerobics in Prague. Then she moved to Prague and started do aerobics professionally. In years 1995 and 1996 ranked third on Czech Championship in aerobics.
She became popular thanks to exercise in broadcast Snídaně s Novou of TV Nova.
Currently she runs Hanka Kynychová´s fitness club in Prague 4, she owns Hejbejse edition that releases exercise DVDs, she also appears on the radio giving advice on a healthy lifestyle and prepares for an exercise comeback to the TV screens. She is an author of internet TV www.hejbejse.tv, offering a free exercise for active public.
She is the author of charity project “Hejbejte se a zpívejte s Hankou a Novou” This project dominates in projects for children of children´s homes since five years. This year, approx. 450 children from children´s houses from all around country took part.
